Raising their hats for Haiti

KIND-hearted youngsters at a Bury school used their heads to raise money for the victims of the Haiti earthquake.

Youngsters at Chesham Primary School in Talbot Grove held a “Hats on for Haiti” day and raised £516.

The pupils sported a variety of headgear ranging from colourful wigs and cowboy stetsons to “Bob the Builder” hard hats and woolly head coverings.

Staff also joined in and donated money to the good cause.
