New vicar at the helm

A NEW vicar has been appointed to take the helm at St Thomas and St John’s Church in Radcliffe.
The Reverend Christopher Brown will take over as team rector in April and lead the four churches from across the town.
He is currently the priest-in-charge at St Clement’s Church in Urmston.
He replaces the Reverend Chich Hewitt, who left last May for Swinton.
