A MAN has pleaded guilty to the attempted rape of a 25-year-old woman in the toilets of a Bury pub.
Anestis Soumelidis, aged 28, of Kitchener Street, Bury, was remanded in custody at Bolton Crown Court last Thursday. He is charged with attempted rape following an incident in the toilets of the Wellington pub in Bolton Road, Bury, on October 11 last year. He is due to appear back in the same court on July 12.
