A BUMPER end-of-year awards ceremony honoured pupils' achievements at a Radcliffe school.
The celebration at Millwood Primary Special School, in School Street, included the Mayor of Bury, Cllr Stella Smith, among its guests as 72 prizes were handed out.
Awards were presented for personal and academic achievements, and the event also honoured the winners of a competition to design a poster telling people to clear up after their dogs.
The winning slogan read: "There’s no such thing as the poop fairy, so clean it up."
Headteacher Helen Chadwick said: "It was a really fantastic event, as it always is. We had a wonderful turnout from parents and everyone really enjoyed the celebration."
