A CRACK team of agents has recently celebrated its first year of business and wants to thank clients as well as staff, friends and families for their support over the past 12 months.

Bond & Co was founded just over a year ago by business partners Louise Bond and Pete Spence.

It is a family run estate agent dealing with residential sales and lettings throughout the Greater Manchester and Lancashire areas.

Louise and Pete combined their considerable experience to to set up and launch their company.

Pete has been developing property for many years in both the private and commercial sector and has a wealth of experience enabling him to offer expert help and advice.

Louise has worked within the property industry for more than 15 years, and is well respected by both buyers and sellers and has established long-standing relationships with landlords and tenants alike.

Originally working from an office on a farm, Bond & Co moved to new offices in the same picturesque Lancashire village of Norden in September.

Bond & Co’s ethos is based on a strong set of core values: good communication, competence, integrity and trust. While they make use of the latest technology, Bond & Co is keen to maintain a traditional, personal feel to the business.

Louise said: “Our aim has always been to provide the very highest standard of personal service. We understand that this requires us to go the extra mile to ensure that every one of our clients has complete peace of mind. This means everyone gets a service that is individual to them and will always have someone to speak to, morning, noon and night.”

She is responsible for the day-to-day running of the office and conducts most of the viewings and valuations but she will also advise her clients on everything from décor to financial advice.

She said: “Sometimes it’s the little things that make the difference and we have them covered.”

Louise is already extremely proud of the positive response she gets from her clients and of the very good reputation she has made for herself.

However, she is also well aware that she would not be able to deliver the high-quality service she aims to provide without having an excellent team supporting her.

With a successful first year now behind it, Bond & Co is now looking forward to building on its success and developing both its business and excellent reputation further.

It plans to expand and is looking forward to recruiting a new team member soon.
