BURY'S musically talented joined in harmony at the Ramsbottom Music Festival.
The festival held earlier in the month saw students from a range of Bury primary schools show off their musical prowess.
The music festival has a variety of competition classes encompassing both vocal and instrumental performances.
Winners included:
Primary School Instrumental Group, Rotary Trophy was won by Hazelhurst Primary School Brass Band.
The Primary School Recorder Ensemble, Bill Allpress Trophy was won by St. Bernadette's RCP Recorder Ensemble.
St. Bernadette's RCP School Choir won the Primary Choirs, Unison, Ronald Frost Memorial Trophy, with St. Thomas of Canterbury School Choir coming second and Bury Grammar School Junior Boys Choir taking third.
The Bury Grammar chamber choir won the Primary Choirs, Part Singing, Marshall Mono Trophy. The runners up were Bury Catholic Preparatory School Choir and Bolton Junior School Choir and St. Thomas of Canterbury School Choir.
