SUPERJOSH founder Dawn Fidler brings you her latest blog

A BIG thank you to everyone involved in Bury 10k at the weekend.

It was a fantastic event for the community of Bury and so many worthy charities.

SuperJosh was proud to be a partner charity again and we want to say a big thank you to all our marshals and event team who helped on the day.

All our runners were amazing and for those wanting a good time there were some fantastic PBs, and for those like myself who just wanted to join in and support the community. Well done for taking part and finishing!

Well done to everyone who raised money to help our families, thank you to everyone who kindly sponsored and donated.

Thank you to sponsors Car Time Bury for choosing to support SuperJosh as their chosen charity, all their runners looked great in their branded T-shirts and we loved their mascot!

After 12 weeks of intensive training, this Saturday, Adam Etchells from Odd Jobs in Bury, is taking part in his White Collar Boxing fight at Bowlers and we want to wish him a huge amount of good luck.

We will be there cheering him on on the night, here's his sponsor link if you would like to support him and donate at virginmoneygiving.com/mt/uk.virginmoneygiving.com/charity-web/charity/displayCharityCampaignPage.action?charityCampaignUrl=SuperHands
