KIND-hearted shoppers and staff at Bury's Asda store have shown a lot of bottle'.
Thanks to their generosity, Bury Hospice has benefited to the tune of £596.
The money was donated by customers and employees of the Spring Street store during 2007 by means of a spare change' bottle located on the customer services desk.
Throughout last year, staff and shoppers gave £531 which was boosted by an anonymous donation of £65 in December.
Beryl O'Brien, ex-Asda employee who banks the bottle money, said: "We would like to say a sincere thank you to everyone involved in raising this money."
