Do you think it is right that the landlord of the Duke William pub in Ainsworth has been ordered to pull down a smoking shelter which had been built without planning permission?

Legacy gift can help the hospice

BURY Hospice is encouraging people to show their support by making a will.

A group of solicitors have agreed to give expert advice and draw up a standard will free of charge. Instead of paying a fee, the client can donate the money to the charity.

Clients are also asked to consider leaving a legacy gift for the hospice, though this is not obligatory. The donations will help staff at the hospice, in Dumers Lane, Radcliffe, to continue caring for terminally-ill patients.

The service will be offered in the week beginning March 10. A list of the local solicitors involved is available by contacting the hospice on (0161) 797 1748 or visiting www.buryhospice-friends.com
