CYCLISTS are being urged to get on their bikes this weekend to raise money for Bury Hospice.
The Bury section of the Cyclists' Touring Club and Bury Clarion want as many people as possible to take part in the annual Charlie Westlake Sportive Bike Rides on Sunday.
There are two different routes, covering either 50km or 100km, but both are hilly and completely on-road. Certificates will be given to people who finish the shorter ride in four hours and the longer ride in seven hours.

Riders will set off from Castle Leisure Centre, in Bolton Street, Bury, at 9.30am, and finish at Owd Betts pub, in Norden, near Rochdale.
Cyclists under 16 must be accompanied by an adult and signed parental consent is needed for all under 18s.
There is a minimum entry fee of £3, which will be donated to Bury Hospice.
Registration for both rides takes place from 9am to 9.15am at Castle Leisure Centre.
