A CHRISTMAS dinner for Radcliffe residents who would otherwise spend the festive season alone was given a £535 boost by a charity auction night.
Last month, members of St Mary's Parish Church held an auction at the St Philips Community Centre in Higher Dean Street, Radcliffe.
The money will be used to host a dinner at the St Philips Centre on Christmas Day for anyone who would normally be spending the day on their own.
