A MOTORCYCLIST was taken to hospital after a crash with a car on Dumers Lane in Radcliffe.
As a result of the accident, which happened where Dumers Lane continues onto Bury Street at about 1.45pm today, near Radcliffe Hall Primary School, the driver of the green Kawasaki motorbike was said to be suffering from minor cuts and bruises, and his injuries were not life threatening.
The driver of the Kia Proceed was not hurt.
The road had to be closed for a short time, and traffic was diverted, police said.
