TWO people were treated by paramedics after a fire broke out in a house in Radcliffe this evening.
Firefighters were called to Sherwood Avenue just before 6pm.
A spokesman for the fire service said that the blaze involved an electrical appliance under the staircase, and that two people were treated by paramedics.
Crews, who also carried out a home safety check, were on the scene for just over an hour.
