Radcliffe Carnival Petal India Rose Wilson during last year's 50th anniversary parade
CARNIVAL organisers are looking for children who want to become Radcliffe royalty for the year.
Selections for this year's carnival are taking place at St Mary's Catholic Social Club, in Pine Street, from 1pm on Saturday, March 5.
The youngsters selected will have responsibilities including fundraising for local charities and attending other carnivals.
In the girls section, organisers are looking for a queen aged 14 or over, a junior queen aged 11-13, a princess aged eight to ten, a rosebud aged five to seven, and a petal aged four or under.
Boys of all ages can apply to be a pageboy.
