AN AWARD-WINNING Radcliffe couple have opened a new restaurant in Ainsworth.
Joanne and Antonello Riu's opened Casalingo, which means 'home' in Antonello's native Italian, to locals in Church Street.
The couple, of Blenmar Close, collected the Best Family Restaurant award at the inaugural English Italian Awards in Manchester last October, less than a year after opening Antonello's in Edgworth.
The family say they "hope to bring something a little different to the area" with their authentic Italian cuisine.
