A MAN who lit up a spliff while standing next to police officers was arrested last week.
Police reported that, while they were attending an incident in Mather Street, Radcliffe, on June 6, they noticed the bystander smoking cannabis.
Officers searched the man and arrested him after they found he was carrying a snap bag of cannabis.
