DUNELM is creating 30 new jobs in Radcliffe.
The homeware retailer is expanding its Customer Service Centre, which already employs 80 members of staff.
The Customer Service Centre, which is responsible for handling 700,000 customer interactions, now supports other members of the Dunelm family; Kiddicare, Achica and Worldstores.
Head of Contact Centre at Dunelm, Philip Cochrane said: “We’re looking for enthusiastic and friendly individuals that are passionate about providing a great service to our customers. We’re really excited to be growing the team here at the Customer Service Centre and I look forward to welcoming new colleagues to the Dunelm family.”
Dunelm have 165 stores nationally and employ more than 9000 colleagues nationwide.
