THREE fire engines were called out to tackle a house fire in Radcliffe.
Crews from Whitefield, Bolton North and Farnworth attended the detached house, in Lichfield Road, at 10.15am today.
The fire started in the living room and involved a clothes maiden.
No one was injured during the incident, but two rooms and some furniture sustained damage.
Firefighters used two breathing apparatus and one hose reel to extinguish the fire.
They were at the scene for an hour and ten minutes.
