RAMSBOTTOM Music Festival was a celebration of musical talent in the Bury area.
Primary schools entered their choirs and instrumental arrangements into various categories of competition.
Hazelhurst Primary School Brass Band won the Primary School Instrumental Group, Rotary Trophy,
St. Bernadette's RCP Recorder Ensemble walked away with the Bill Allpress Trophy for Primary School Recorder Ensemble.
The school’s choir won the Primary Choirs, Unison, Ronald Frost Memorial Trophy and Bury Grammar School Junior Boys Chamber Choir took the Marshall Mono Trophy for Primary Choirs, Part Singing.
Competition categories included, vocals, guitar and piano performances with multiple performances taking place on both the Friday and Saturday.
The following weekend a selection of performers celebrated their success with a gala concert at Greenmount Church.
