Woman charged with defrauding pensioner out of £14,000
A WOMAN has been charged with defrauding a 78-year-old Whitefield woman out of £14,000.
Andrea Cole, aged 42, of Roch Way, Whitefield, has been charged with fraud by abuse of position in the 12 months up to November 30 last year.
She has been bailed and is due to appear before Bury magistrates on July 17.
