Vote Nuttall Park as the UK’s Best Park
Our very own Nuttall Park has been nominated for the Fields in Trust ‘UK’s Best Park Award’. Anyone who uses the park, as I do with my wife and children, will know that this is well deserved. Nuttall Park is a wonderful space which is used by many local families and visitors to our brilliant town and hosts a wide array of events throughout the year by local community groups. Friends of Nuttall Park do a great job in ensuring that the park looks its best and has something for everyone all year round. The shortlist and winner of the award will be decided by public vote. I hope local residents will go online and vote before the deadline on 3rd November to give one of our brilliant green spaces the recognition it deserves.
