Playtime fun for pupils

PLAYTIME is great fun for pupils here at Emmanuel Holcombe School.
A wonderful new playground area is now in use thanks to funding from the RBS Supergrounds scheme, the PTA and the Standards Fund.
Headteacher Mr Tim Power says: "The area is used evey lunchtime and the children love it. Coupled with the playleader scheme which is run on Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays our playground has been tranformed into an even more exciting area."
The scheme has cost around £10,200 covering excavation of the area, decking and play equipment.
A team of volunteers, including staff and parents, helped with the project.
