BURY Grammar School students left the classroom to strut their stuff on the catwalk at a fundraising event.
Youngsters from both the boys' and girls' schools were among the models showing a range of clothes, from day wear to prom gowns.
The sold-out show was part of a hair and fashion extravaganza.Caroline Hacking, entertainment reporter for Granada Reports, hosted the evening and conducted an auction. Lots included a week in a cottage and a dinner party for eight people.
Further entertainment was provided by students appearing in the school production of Les Miserables, who sang parts of the play. Amelia Thomas-Wilson performed two contemporary dance routines.
The second annual event raised more than £9,000, which will be put towards the cost of building a new sixth form centre.
