BURY made it two League Two wins out of two with a stunning victory at Saltergate.
First-half goals from Ben Futcher, Efe Sodje and Andy Morrell proved more than enough to see off the challenge of Chesterfield.
Alan Knill's side were dominant throughout, but they did concede a consolation goal in the 54th minute when Lloyd Kerry fired into the bottom corner from the edge of the box.
