CYCLE SPEEDWAY: Comets final practice for new campaign

Damian Zaremba, Chris Parish, Kristian Ramsden and Laura Watson put in impressive performances in Bury Comets’ final practice match ahead of the forthcoming season at Goshen Sports Complex.
Zaremba put together four fine races to remain unbeaten on 16 points, while Parish was beaten just once.
Ramsden beat club captain Neil Howarth from the outer start position and Ryan Livesey was just a point behind the top three while Watson was always in the thick of the action. In the second match, Steve Mann emerged the winner on 14 points and Paul Graham enjoyed three good wins on his way to second place.
