RADCLIFFE Dynamics ABA’s fighters delivered a clean sweep of victories at the club’s annual show in front of a sell-out crowd at Radcliffe Civic Centre on Friday.
Senior middleweight Marcus Tomlinson led the way, winning the Norman Howarth Memorial Trophy for boxer of the night after his first-round knockout of Callum Kirk of Sharples ABC.
Ben Thornley won the North West junior middleweight championship belt with a unanimous points win over champion Chris Keeler (Bertown ABC).
In other bouts, welterweight Jason Cohen beat Aiden Crinnion (Ashton Albion) and featherweight Jack Wolstenholme beat Chris Burton (Middleton Select) on points in senior contests and schoolboy boxers Dave Mawdsley and Haseeb Khan extended their unbeaten runs with points wins against Kain Riley (Wild Card ABC) and Liam Pastore (Collyhurst and Moston), respectively.
Schoolboy Connor Mahon had an excellent debut in the ring when he impressed in a skills bout against Ricky Murphy (Rossendale).
