87 - YELLOW - Jensen (time wasting)

4:48pm

86 - SUB - Jeffrey on for McClure

4:47pm

85 - Stewart's header loops on to top of the Bury net. Wycombe are finishing strongly here.

4:43pm

Bury clear their lines  but its right back at them. They are starting to look a bit leggy despite controlling the majority of the game.

4:41pm

Wycombe exerting a bit of pressure with three consecutive corners.

4:41pm

Wycombe exerting a bit of pressure with three consecutive corners.

4:39pm

78 - SUB - Obadeyi on for Forrester.

4:37pm

75 - Nick Arnold volleys just wide from outside the box.

4:32pm

71 - SUB - Cowan-Hall on for Mustoe.

4:29pm

67 - Mix-up between Mills and Miller goes unpunished after the pair left the ball to each other in the box.

68 - YELLOW - Mustoe

68 - SUB - Procter on for Grimes.

4:25pm

64 - YELLOW - Sam Wood

4:23pm

59 - Forrester has a shot blocked on the line after turning sharply and firing goalwards from close range.

Moments earlier Bury had a decent penalty shout turned down for a posible handball in the box.

4:20pm

Wycombe goalie Matt Ingram may regret sliding out with the ball to hand Bury a corner.

58 - SUB - Platt on for Akpa Akrpo

4:17pm

55 - YELLOW - Arnold (foul on Jones)

4:15pm

Tough conditions to play football. I assume you have to be able to feel your toes to pass the ball.

53 - Grimes looks to be coping ok though. His shot against the side netting just inches the wrong side of the post.

Attendance: 2,818 (171)

54 - SUB - Stewart on for Johnson.

4:08pm

Great long ball from McNulty finds Akpa Akpro but he is unable to lay the ball off to one of four Bury players flying into the box.

4:06pm

Second half under way

3:57pm

Word on the street is that Daniel Nardiello has picked up a hamstring injury.

Not sure how serious as yet, but I understand he has been carrying it for more than a week and he would not have played at Accrington or Mansfield if those matches had gone ahead.

3:49pm

Bury 1 Wycombe Wanderers 0

3:49pm

45+3 - Arnold curls it into the wall and the ball is cleared.

3:47pm

45+2 - Styche looked to have been brought down in the box after a mazy run but referee has given a free-kick on the edge of the box.

3:46pm

Two minutes of added time

3:43pm

42 - Jensen forced to tip a Nick Arnold shot behind after almost being beaten for pace on the shot.

43 - Lewis puts a volley just over from 30 yards. Jensen was beaten.

3:40pm

While Forrester is putting in a good shift, Jim McNulty looks head and shoulders above anyone else on the park. Great acquisition for Bury.

3:38pm

Stoppage in play for treatment to Wycombe centre back Leon Johnson. And the heavens have opened.

3:34pm

34 - GOAL - BURY 1 Wycombe 0 - Forrester buries the ball in the bottom corner from the inside right channel following a quick counter attack by Bury. That's Forrester's seventh of the season.

3:34pm

33 - Scowen hits the ball cleanly on the half volley on the edge of the box but it was always going over.

3:33pm

Matt McLure hits it straight into the wall.

3:32pm

Josh Scowen goes down on the edge of the box under a challenge from Veseli.

Free-kick to Wycombe in a promising position.

3:28pm

Still waiting for the first Bury shot on target. Tutte blasts one wide from 25 yards.

3:24pm

Good run  down the right from Craig Jones, beating two players before putting a low early ball into the box that Grimes should have done better with.

3:21pm

Tutte looks to have made himself at home in the centre of midfield, and linking up well with Miller and Grimes. An attacking central three-some that could prove to be very fruitful.

3:16pm

A few little mistakes from Mills at the back have gone unpunished by Wycombe. Bury are trying to play it around the back three but the pitch isn't helping.

3:15pm

14 - Akpa Akpro takes the wrong option, overhitting a ball for strike partner Forrester when Sedgwick was screaming for it on the left.

3:14pm

12 - First shot of the match on target is well saved by Brian Jensen, Stuart Lewis hoitting one straight at the Bury keeper from 25 yards.

12 - Anton Forrester goes inches wide with a shot across goal.

3:10pm

Good build-up play involving Ashley Grimes and Craig Jones but newboy Andrew Tutte's deep cross was volleyed well wide by Chris Sedgwick.

3:06pm

A word for Tommy Miller, who is making his 500th league appearance today. Drove an early shot into the floor which was headed off the line so he looks up for this one. Maybe today could bring his first goal in Bury colours.

Daniel Nardiello, who signed a permanent 18-month deal at the club this week, drops out of the squad altogether, while Tom Soares is relegated to the bench, which includes another new signing in veteran striker Clive Platt.#

Development squad players Robbie McIntyre and Anthony Dudley lose their places on the bench.

2:11pm

Just waiting for the team news here at a very chilly JD Stadium ahead of the first of a run of five key relegation battles for Bury, only interrupted by Tuesday's match at home to high-flyers Oxford.

Bury are currently third-bottom in League Two and face fourth-bottom Wycombe today before heading to second-bottom Torquay next Saturday.

They then travel to Mansfield (19th place) on February 11 before welcoming 20th-placed Bristol Rovers to the JD the following Saturday and then another rearranged trip to 17th-placed Accrington on February 18.
