7:57pm

The players are heading out of the tunnel

7:54pm

Status Quo 'Wanderer' followed by 'Welcome to the jungle', they do know how to get the crowd pumped up for the games here at the Macron...

7:48pm

Both sides head back to the changing rooms for their final preparations

7:46pm

In the event of a draw the game will go to extra-time and penalties

7:45pm

Don't forget to stay tuned after the game for live updates from the pre-match press conferences!

7:36pm

This is the first game Spearing has missed since January - a total of 24 consecutive starts

7:32pm

This is not the youngsters senior debut however, having made seven appearances for Chester and Torquay scoring one goal

7:31pm

The 19-year-old has certainly earned his spot in the side scoring a handful of goals in pre-season

7:30pm

Looking like 4-4-2 for Bolton with Wilkinson making his debut partnering Beckford up front

7:27pm

Just over 30 minutes until kick-off

7:20pm

Both sides are now on the pitch warming up.  Bury coming out to a much louder reception than the Wanderers

7:17pm

This evening's referee is Jeremy Simpson from Lancashire who last officiated the Whites in their 1-0 away victory at Huddersfield in April

7:13pm

Elsewhere this evening, Joe Riley starts for Oxford United away to Bristol City and Keith Andrews starts for Watford at Stevenage

7:05pm

Bury naming only six players on their bench - not a personal error

7:05pm

Nine changes in total for the Wanderers, only Ream and Pratley retain their spot from the 3-0 humiliation at the hands of Watford

7:03pm

Bogdan named as skipper

7:02pm

Bury subs: Lainton, Mayor, Thompson, O'Brien, Widdowson, Poole

7:00pm

Bury starting XI: Jalal, McNulty, Mills, Cameron, Hussey, Tutte, Soares, Adams, Sedgwick, Nardiello, Lowe

6:56pm

Team: Bogdan; Threlkeld, Dervite, Wheater, Ream; Pratley, Trotter, Feeney, Hall; Beckford, Wilkinson.

Subs: Lonergan, White, Spearing, Davies, Chungy, Danns, Clough.

5:33pm

I'll be back with pre-match news and the teams after 6.30pm.

5:32pm

The Shakers are bringing a full complement of fans tonight - around the 3,000 mark - and there is no doubt they are up for spoiling the first competitive game at the Macron Stadium.

5:31pm

It's first round day in the Capital One Cup. The last two seasons have seen Wanderers exit at the second round stage - at Crawley and Tranmere.

On the evidence of last night's performance certainly over the 96 minutes before the penalty decision Bury completely bossed the game and deserved to progress to the next round but for decisions which have no place in a game of football.
dear me refereeing standards as well as cheating in the game are getting worse

It's amazing how we sacked Coyle and yet the owner seems happy with Freedman. They are exactly the same! Talk a good game, don't actually deliver one. Smoke and mirrors all the time.

Lack of finances and FFP is one thing, basic constant bad decisions is another.

Dougie has a formula, one that involves changing swapping and messing with formations and line ups. He's not going to learn and stop, he appears a stubborn man. The more he buys, the worse we get. His best chance of promotion was with a team full of the players he's blasted in the media.

He's replaced them with players he describes as honest and with knowledge of this division. We aren't stupid, we know we are skint, but we'd just ask for more possession, more chances and the odd hero we can relate to. We can't with such a turnover of players and mixing up of starting lineups week in week out... He plugs round pegs in square holes all the time.

Go and learn your trade elsewhere Dougie, BWFC happens to be a precious football club to many, and most are sick of the dealings you've made at this club.
