Greenmount remain in fifth place despite an 87-run defeat at Egerton on Saturday.
Paul Stafford (38) and Will Halton (37) set the home side on their way as Egerton recovered from 93-6 to total 174-9.
Amal Dalugoda (3-26) and Halton (3-24) made light work of the Brandlesholme Road men reply as the visitors were skittled for just 87, with Phil Heaton the top scorer on 23.
