AMELIA Taylor is going from strength to strength on the junior golf scene, just six years after taking up the sport.
The 13-year-old Tottington High School pupil has already made a name for herself at local level, winning representative honours with Lancashire Under 16s.
But she took her golf to new heights when she finished runner up in the recent U14s Scottish Open at The Glen. Playing off seven, she shot 80 to win the best net in a strong field.
Amelia, who is a member at Harwood, is also attached to St Anne’s Old Links.
