BURY District Under-15s will be going for a hat-trick of district trophies when they take on Sefton CDG U15s in the LCB Ainsworth Trophy final on Tuesday.
The 50-over showpiece will be played at Southport and Birkdale Cricket Club and is due to start at 11am.
It has been postponed twice due to bad weather and team manager Paul Belston has his fingers crossed it will be third-time lucky.
He has appealed for local cricket fans who are free on the day to spend it cheering on the talented teenagers.
The team came together six years ago and has already won the district title at the u11s and u13s age groups.
