RADCLIFFE AC's Tony Holt travelled to Copenhagen for his latest race taking part in the gruelling Ironman. A keen triathlete he completed the course around the historic Danish city in a fine 11hrs 48mins. His swim in the lagoon was choppy he said, but conditions were great and the bike ride took him along the Danish coast. The marathon run was four laps in the city itself and out of 3,000 taking part the vet-50 was in 1,100 place and 73rd out of 300 in his age group.
