EVERTON striker Hallam Hope remains in the sights of Bury boss David Flitcroft after the former Shakers loanee returned to Goodison early last week after his season-long stay at Sheffield Wednesday was cut short.

Flitcroft left the door open for a return to the JD Stadium following a successful spell last season, when the 20-year-old scored five goals in seven games.

"You never say never. Hallam Hope did well here, he found a home here," said Flitcroft.

"We have got a recruitment meeting on Tuesday. We are light, we are down to 15 players now, so we are looking to make signings before November 27."
