A 58-year-old woman was taken to hospital with multiple injuries after a crash in Prestwich.
Police and ambulance crews attended Bury New Road, outside Marks and Spencer, at 11.50am on Friday, after the pedestrian was hit by a vehicle.
A spokesman for North West Ambulance Service said the woman suffered shoulder, rib and head injuries.
She was conscious and breathing and was taken to Salford Royal Hospital.
