That means no place for captain Andy Procter, who missed that match through suspension. He replaces Marco Navas on the bench.

New signing Scott Harrison, who joined Bury on loan from Sunderland on Thursday, has not travelled.

Good game it might have been but i feel that the lads missed an easy 3 points here that were there for the taking,it feels like 2 points dropped than a valuable point gained.

Other teams like The Cobblers & Bristol Rovers won today so we need to keep our focus and continue with our fine form. The results will come if we continue to show this great desire as an attacking force.

Coming from behind to equalise and save a point shows drive and spirit. Refusing to lose.
We had the winning belief and spirit in April 2011, highlighted by the 3-2 against Chesterfield that great day.

Surrendering winning positions repeatedly shows another kind of characteristic. How many times this season have we done that?

Last season's favourite choice of bullet in our own foot was giving the opposing team a goal start early on in so many games.

We simply cannot afford to be as charitable to opponents and inconsistent if we hope to move up this or any league.

Excellent!!
Like I posted 1 or 3 points would be good, we got 1 and should have got 3. But that is OK, we are playing well, creating chances and with Nards on board we are doing well.
I predict a win at Cambridge 2-0.
Well done lads, two or three ore wins before New Year's Day and we will be well clear of the quicksand.!!

Unlucky !! whilest it should have been 3 points i am sure we would all of took a point before the game so well done lads.
I just hope that Ronnie has the B....s to bring back Miller for tomorrow night s match at Cambridge at the expense of our captain that way he shows everyone that he is not afraid to make those awkward decisions because for me Miller was outstanding against Hartlypool.I am sure we all hope we keep this run going for a lot longer then 5 games ! so come on lads keep going and show the none league team you are much better then that first game. good luck

Not a cat in hells chance of Miller starting tomorrow night now, I reckon Jepsons Christmases all came at once when Millers became ill before the game.
Back down to playing with 10 men again.

Without doubt, that was 2pts lost on Saturday (not once but twice), we really have to hold onto leads if we want to pull away from safety.

Wow wow what just happened? Is that the chairman flushing £80,000 down the toilet?..
Not a single shot on goal in the first half, only two the whole match,
Unreal.. 20 fouls and three yellow cards, past few matches are we becoming dirty Bury FC?.
Maybe the players did not have the desire, The passion to showcase their talent, Hmmmm lack of in a televised game on Sunday,
We'll learnt two things tonight, WE ARE A CONFERENCE SIDE, and it's my wife's Sunday roast and not Bury v Sheffield Utd Sunday,
Shame on you lads, Mr Chairman, £80,000 hand in pocket, oops sorry we in the loan/free market

We blew our chance at home, we can't rely on winning away.

Did anybody really expect us to win last night....well i didn't and the stats prove it once again. The Conference side had more shots (on and off target), more possession and more corners....what does that say about us?
We lack desire and commitment, just as we did at home. Cambridge wanted it more once again and deserved to get through, so well done to them.

And just to top it all off, we go and prove yet again that we learn absolutely nothing week after week by conceding another goal from a corner.....words fail me.
Our manager DOESN'T think pro-actively, as he's quite happy to play for draws. Once again we don't see any change in personnel throughout the game until the last 5 minutes, only then does he expect some kind of miracle to happen from the subs.....it's too late then numbnuts!
I'm sorry Ronnie, you are NOT the man to take us forward and the sooner the Chairman realises this the better.

So it seems that others have the words to use when I was just too angry to articulate myself cleanly! When KB was sacked I applauded. When the board then failed to act concisely on a qualified new appointment I have from day 1 stated my belief they do not understand football properly. The proof is in the all the stats, league points etc, even if one is too blind to see and understand it for yourself on the field. The only, and I mean only possible positive from the Cambridge disgrace is that it will cost the board a chunk of cash they could have hoped for and I'm sure well needed. As businessmen and not football people maybe that will register on some gauge in their beings!! Forget the possible pleasureable distraction for the fans in also an entertainment business. Now all there is to look forward to is just another relegation fight with lots of desperately miserable performances yet to come. What the board must also realise is that Bury fans have been given false hope and promises by board after board for over half a century since we started to drop from Div.2. They have got an Everest to climb to get back the fanbase numbers lost over that time. Most of the younger fans growing up in that time took a look at Bury and decided on more glamourous neighbours instead. It's really hard to be a Bury FC fan. I'm sorry Mr. Jepson. You might be a great guy, but all you have prooven is that you are not managerial quality or material in any of the upper leagues. All you've done is harmed you CV further with our Bury experience. Yippy doo dah you were a bit better than Shirtcliff!! Is it your fault........NO. I have no doubts at all you worked your butt off and did your best for Bury. Some other idiot thought you were up to the job.

well said all those above !! I have always tried to be construtive in my veiws but now it really is an absoloute farce what is going on with our club.
start with the so called manager plays for draws then only changes it in the 89 and 90 th minute !!!. team selection His responsability he again plays Proctor and Soars two of the worst performing center mid players we have had for a long while. is Miller injured ?? and why doe`s Holden not get a chance?? up front yes Harrod scored yippee !! he has not tried Jessy for whatever reason and our leading goalscorer is just there to make up the numbers. looking at the paper player scores Hinds got 7 and was taken off no doubt he will be back on the bench for our next game.
Mr Day you are creating a big divide between fans and your insistance to keep someone who may be a nice guy but who is just no good at manageing.
There are plenty of decent managers out there Martin Allen David Flitcroft even Gary Flitcroft Jamie Hoyland David Lee Chris Lucketti just to name a few.
you said there was a revoloution going on well spend a bit of the money we have on a good manager who can come in now and be in a posistion to wheel and deal throughout January and rid this club of all the rubbish that you allowed Blackwell to bring to this club.
Jepson is not the answer either short term and definetly not LONG TERM !!! a very disillustioned fan!!

Thankyou Mammol, and others before. I think our new board have done and are doing a terrific job since they came in. OK so they are being compared to a previous board who behaved like there were in a coma. Nevertheless, except for only one mistake, they have been great for Bury FC. The problem is that one, and only one is so critical to the club. Had they hoped it wouldn't be as bad until Jan 1st? I really really hoped, if only even for financial reasons, we got to round 2 of the Cup. It certainly would have shown some degree of commitment from the playing side to the board that they were in it together with them. For our new boards financial investment, it would have been nice that they got some extra help from somewhere else. Alas woefully no! The problem though will all such bodies though when errors are made is that they will either say nothing, deflect, or refuse to admit the mistake. What would have been the big deal if they had said that the situation needed reassessment regarding the appointment of a new manager. How many fans would have either objected or held them up to blame? It's just being human and honest, and putting the club first. Well there's lots more managers to pick from now! Maybe that was part of their plan, of more choice and economic laws of supply and demand?
