Bury forward Temitope Obadeyi re-joins Plymouth Argyle on loan

Bury Times: Temitope Obadeyi Temitope Obadeyi

TEMITOPE Obadeyi is on his way back to Plymouth Argyle on emergency loan until 25 March.

The 24-year-old Bury forward has already spent time at Home Park earlier in the season, making 10 appearances and scoring one goal in all competitions.

This further 33 days will complete his maximum allowed 93 days on loan, before he heads back to the JD Stadium.

Shakers boss David Flitcroft, who previously worked with the former Bolton Wanderers player during a loan spell at Rochdale, recalled him following his first spell in Devon, saying he wanted players of his quality at the football club.

But Obadeyi has failed to break into the starting line-up, making just four substitute appearances since returning to the club in January.

This is a strange one since i thought David had said previously that this kind of player fits the criteria in the way he wanted to bring about his athletic and physical presence to the team and style of playing.

Never mind good luck to the lad at PAFC even though i think we shouldn't be loaning out players to our rivals in our beleagured season of struggle.

Hopefully he will not be playing against us when they come north. Sounds like Flickers needs him to get some more action and with our strickers starting most games?

Looks like we have a few away games coming up in a bunch.

Perhaps with bringing in the lad from Uddersfield this week, we needed to reduce the wage bill a little.....just a thought.

I'm pretty sure he won't be able to play against us.

If in this final month he does well with them, it might just bring him back to us fully match fit, high on confidence and out to prove a point to Flickers in the final 2-3 months of the season......it's potentially a good move imo.
