A good point against the conference champions but it should have been all 3,why can't we defend for 90 minutes?
Too many players are going missing at the moment and we can't seem to see a game through when in a winning position.
David's substitutions never seem to impact in games, the opposition seem to have worked us out and their subs seem to have a nasty habit of scoring late goals against our fragile defence.
Why was Nards left on the bench?,if he's fit he should have started as his form has been good of late and he tends to score lots of goals in the early part of a season.
we have now drawn 4 matches out of our last 6 including friendliest from winning positions in 90 minutes ie Blackburn,Rochdale,B
olton and Luton, there is a pattern developing here which needs to be checked.we cannot afford to carry passengers and some of our recent summer signings performances are well below what they should be.
The jigsaw is not complete and although I am happy that we have achieved a recovery from our opening defeat with 4 away points I still don't think we are capable of beating another promotion rival which is important if we have lofty ambitions of getting promoted.
A message to David "when you make your substitutions always remember that it can impact on a tired team and mistakes will cost us dearly.Do not take off the strikers because we need them to hold the ball up and take the pressure off the defence in the closing moments of matches."

My concern is the same as most. Bolton last week (even though we know what happened there) a late goal then again last night.

Not sure of this is a good point against Luton Town. Too early to tell whether Luton will compete at the top.

Dropping two points I am sure is a concern for the Boss.

After watching Flits Interview I think we can rest assured that He knows where our problem lies and we are simply not killing off teams when we are in control of matches as has been the case for most of the time during these past few weeks.
When you see Pabs reaction to the late goal conceded it tells you everything about much he and the other lads care.
The problem is that the situation where the build up for the goal was allowed to develope in the first place.
Players in this team are not challenging for the ball before the danger developes and switching off at vital moments leading to these late goals being conceded.
I am sure the Gaffer will get it right eventually and then only then will we be able achieve the must needed consistency with the results which will follow leading to a push at promotion.
Luton Town wouldn't have won that league had they not been a decent team, they wrestled the championship off Cambridge United which was no mean feat as we can testify what a difficult side they were to play in the Fa Cup last year.John Still has made them tough and uncompromising with a little lacking in flair from their more illustrious days in the top flight.
At this early stage of the season we just have to build momentum and see where we are after 10 games.
If we are at the wrong end of the table then obviously tough decisions will have to be made, however I am confident that the gaffer is building a good side which might take a little time to gel but it will get there eventually.
