SHAKERS manager David Flitcroft revealed after Friday night's 1-1 draw at Morecambe that last season's top scorer Danny Nardiello had signed a new contract.
The 32-year-old front man had been sitting on a deal all summer after Bury made him an offer following promotion to League One.
It is understood the former Manchester United trainee was considering offers from other clubs but he will now join a strike force that also includes new signings Tom Pope and Leon Clarke as well as Ryan Lowe and youngsters Hallam Hope and Danny Rose.
