I WOULD ask Maryam Khan, the Labour party prospective candidate for Bury North, the following questions.
1. At 27-years-old, what qualities does she think are needed to fulfil the role of MP for our town? How has she obtained the necessary lifeskills needed at her age for this important roll? 2. She was chosen from an all femail shorlist: Can she explain how she can be the best person when 50 per cent of the prospective candidates were excluded. 3. She has new campaign premises in Bury centre, she also has the funds to post her campaign leaflets. Very expensive. Where has the funding come from?
