Extend ban to pavements

Wonderful news, cyclists will be stopped riding in the precinct, although we have to wait until August for it to happen.

When, though, are we going to stop cyclists from riding on pavements?

I am fed up going out of my front gate and having to do the kerb drill to make sure I do not get knocked over by a bike being ridden on the pavement. I am sure that it is illegal according to the Highway Code, so why is it not enforced?

Please do not say that it is only little children that ride on pavements, around our way it is big children and adults!
