TERESA CHAPMAN Passed away peacefully on 6th December 2018 at Bealeys Hospital, aged 68 years. Beloved Wife of the late Warren. Rest in Peace, love Karen, Deborah, Jim, Alan and families. The funeral service and committal will take place on Friday 28th December 2018 at East Lancashire Crematorium, Radcliffe at 2:30pm.
