HELEN SMITH Died suddenly but peacefully on the 21st June 2019 at Fairfield General Hospital. Helen aged 53, beloved daughter of the late Tom & Yvonne, much loved stepdaughter of the late Les, a dear niece and a great friend to many. The funeral service and committal will be held at East Lancashire Crematorium, Radcliffe on 8th July 2019 at 3.30pm. Please wear colours of your choice.
