CATHERINE GRAHAM ( Nee HAMILTON) Passed away peacefully in hospital on 25th October 2019 aged 75 years. A loving mum, grandma, sister and friend. The funeral service and committal will take place on Tuesday 12th November 2019 at East Lancashire Crematorium, Radcliffe at 3.30pm. Family flowers only please.
