CAROL VAN DYK passed away suddenly but peacefully at Preston Royal Hospital on Sunday 10th May 2020 aged 75. Beloved Wife of Hank, loving Mum of Karen, Alison, Terry and the late Tracey, also a devoted and much loved Grandma, Great Grandma and Sister and friend to many. She will be very sadly missed by all her family and friends. A private family funeral service will take place at Rochdale Crematorium. A celebration of Carol's life will take place at a later date. No flowers please but donations in Carol's memory may be made to Preston NHS Trust (cheque only) care of the Funeral Director.
