KERSHAW Irene Passed away peacefully in hospital on Sunday 17 April 2022 aged 96. Dearly loved mother of Heather and late of Holcombe Brook. Service to be held at Emmanuel Church, Holcombe on Tuesday 17th May at 12.30pm followed by committal at Overdale Crematorium, Bolton at 2.00pm. Family flowers only please. Donations if so desired to Cancer Research or NSPCC. All donations and enquiries please to Lilleywhite Funeral Service, 301 Bury Old Road, Prestwich, M25 1JA, Tel 0161 773 2749.

I am so sorry for your loss. I used to do Mrs kershaw's hair every week at what used to be called academy hair on holcombe precinct. I had the pleasure of building a lovely relationship with her over 7 years! She absolutely adored her family and she looked forward to going to London to spend time with her daughter on special occasions. I will be thinking of Irene and her family today at thus very sad time. She had an amazing life. I'm proud to of known her.
