FRED BARDSLEY In loving memory of Fred who died 24th July 2018 If I was asked one question why I thought the world of you I'd have a million answers And each one would be true Meet me in my dreams Fred And talk to me once more Ease this everlasting pain That makes my heart so sore This road without you is so long A tear for every mile I know one day when I reach the end You'll be waiting with a smile Loving wife Doreen Your memory is a keepsake With which we'll never part God has you in his keeping We have you in our hearts You left a place No-one can fill We love you Dad And always will. Son David, Daughter-in-law Nancy It's a lonely road without you Dad The pathways are too hard to climb We thought you'd still be with us Until the end of time These were our secret hopes and dreams But then the Lord dreams too From all his flowers down here on earth He lovingly chose you He led you home to heaven To be blessed with eternal rest For Dad, He knew while here on earth You were the very best Daughter Jean and Son-in-law Michael We had a wonderful Grandad One who never really grew old His smile was made of sunshine And his heart was solid gold His eyes were as bright as shining stars And his cheeks fair roses You see, we had a wonderful Grandad And that's the way it will always be Grandchildren and Great Grandchildren
