GLEN LEWIS-GOUGH Beryl and family would like to thank most sincerely all family, friends and neighbours for the kind messages of sympathy, cards of condolence, floral tributes and the generous donations received for the benefit of the Alzheimer's Society. Special thanks are extended to the caring staff of Pinfold Lane Day Care Centre, Nurses and staff of Ward J6 at North Manchester General Hospital and the staff at Platinum Care for all their dedication. Thanks also to Steven Roberts for his kind and comforting service and to Paul Williams and collueges for dignified funeral arrangements.
