THOMAS (TOMMY) KAY The family of the late Tommy would like to thank all who attended Tommy's funeral, for all the cards, messages and donations received. Many thanks to all the Doctors and Nurses on the Intensive Care Unit at the Alexander Hospital, Cheadle and Fairfield Hospital, Bury. Special thanks are extended to The Reverend Elizabeth Binns for a beautiful service and to Peter Sillett and family for all their support at such a very sad time. Finally, a special thankyouto all that made it possible for a very special Interment and a celebration of Tommy's life who will be greatly missed.
