Special thanks to Dr A Allameddine and nursing staff at F11 Day unit and ward, Royal Oldham Hospital, staff at Fairfield Hospital A&E, the Critical Care team for their help and support. Thanks to Reverend Andy Lindop, organist and soloist at St Andrew's Church, Ramsbottom and to Paul Williams Independent Funeral Directors for their dignified and professional arrangements.
