JOAN NEWTON Née Binnington The family of the late Joan Newton would like to thank all who have sent flowers, cards and messages of sympathy, following Joan's death. They remain very grateful to the staff of Starmount Villa Residential Home, for their care of Joan over almost two years. Their thanks must go also to the medical staff of the Acute Respiratory Ward of Fairfield General Hospital, to the Reverend Hugh Bearn of St. Anne's Church, Tottington and to Booth & Wolstenholme, Funeral Directors, of Ramsbottom. Unfortunately, the current restrictions made it impossible to welcome all those who wished to attend Joan's funeral.
